Legal terms for using PG Asia Games (pgasiagames.com). Please read them carefully before registering or wagering.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website pgasiagames.com and related services (together, the “Services”) offered by PG Asia Games (“we”, “us”, “our”). The brand may also be referred to as PGAsia or pgasia by players. By creating an account, depositing, betting, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our policies referenced below.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated in line with applicable gaming regulations. Information about our licensing and testing partners appears on the website and in communications we provide at registration. Games are supplied by licensed third-party providers; outcomes of random games are determined by those providers’ certified systems except where stated for live-dealer products.

2. Eligibility and prohibited jurisdictions

You may only use the Services if you are at least the legal minimum age for gambling in your place of residence (typically 18 or older, or higher where the law requires). You must not access the Services from any country or territory where online gambling is illegal or where we do not accept customers. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful where you are. 3. Account registration and security

4. Deposits, withdrawals, and payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name where required. We do not accept cash sent by post. Processing times, fees (if any), and limits depend on the method and are shown in the cashier. We may delay or refuse a transaction where we suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or legal/regulatory issues. If we reverse a deposit or a payment is charged back, we may void associated bets, reclaim bonuses, and adjust your balance accordingly.

Funds in your account are held for wagering in accordance with our licence and banking arrangements; they are not interest-bearing unless we state otherwise. You must not use the Services to launder money or to circumvent currency or tax rules.

5. Bonuses and promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions are offered subject to specific rules published with each offer (including minimum deposit, wagering or turnover requirements, eligible games or sports, maximum bet while using bonus funds, expiry dates, and maximum winnings). By opting in or using a bonus, you accept those rules. We may withhold or void bonuses and winnings where we reasonably believe bonus abuse has occurred—including multiple accounts, arbitrage, collusion, use of VPNs to disguise location, or patterns intended solely to exploit promotions.

6. Placing bets and playing games

A bet or game round is accepted only when confirmed by our systems. If a bet is accepted in error (for example, palpable error in odds, obvious technical malfunction, or late bet after an event has started where in-play rules forbid it), we may void the bet and return the stake or settle at corrected prices as permitted by the product rules. You must not use automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantage unless a product explicitly allows it.

Sports and live betting may have additional rules published in the relevant product; in case of conflict, the product-specific rules apply to that bet type.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: (a) cheat, collude, or manipulate any game or betting market; (b) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (c) harass staff or other players; (d) attempt to interfere with or probe our systems beyond normal use; (e) create multiple accounts or provide false documents; (f) sell, transfer, or share your account without our consent. We may investigate suspicious activity, freeze balances, and report matters to regulators or law enforcement where required.

8. Responsible gambling and self-exclusion

We provide tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off, and self-exclusion where available and as required by law. Details are on our Responsible Gambling page. Requesting self-exclusion or limits in bad faith (for example, to avoid paying legitimate losses) is prohibited and may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on pgasiagames.com—including logos, text, graphics, layout, and software—is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without permission. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

10. Privacy

Personal data you provide is processed as described in our privacy practices communicated at registration and on the website. By using the Services, you agree to such processing where required to operate accounts, comply with law, and prevent fraud.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses (including loss of profit or data) arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services in a twelve-month period is generally limited to the net amount you deposited in that period or the amount in dispute, whichever is lower, except where the law does not allow such a cap. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or third-party games.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PG Asia Games, its operators, affiliates, and staff against claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your violation of third-party rights.

13. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, contact customer support first via the channels listed in the Help Center. Provide your registered email and any reference numbers. We will investigate in line with our complaints procedure. If you remain dissatisfied, information about escalation (for example, to an alternative dispute resolution body or the relevant regulator) will be provided where applicable under our licence. You agree that our transaction records and system logs are authoritative except where clear evidence shows an error.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and may notify you by email or on-site notice where changes are material. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may withdraw available funds subject to verification and these Terms.

15. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or a regulator, or for extended inactivity as stated in our policies. On closure, we will return any withdrawable balance after deduction of amounts owed to us, subject to successful verification. We may retain records as required by anti-money-laundering and gaming law.

16. Governing law and language

These Terms are provided in English. If translated, the English version prevails in case of inconsistency. The law applicable to the contract between you and us, and the courts or tribunals with jurisdiction, are as set out in your registration documents or as required by our regulatory licence. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country of residence.
